OFSTED Registered Nanny Available

Wednesday, July 30th, 2014 by Amy

Hi,

My name is Amy and I live and work as a nanny in Kingsway.

I am currently employed by a lovely local family, but due to the arrival of a new baby in October and the mother taking maternity leave from work, they will no longer require a nanny.

I am therefore looking for a new position from September onwards (live out).

I have lots of experience working with children of all ages and adore the job that I do.

I have a level 3 qualification in children’s care, learning and development, I am Paediatric First Aid trained and have my own public liability insurance, as well as a current DBS Check. I am also an OFSTED registered childcare provider so can accept childcare vouchers.

I can provide excellent references and would be very happy to answer any questions. I can be contacted on: 0793-9449772

Many Thanks,
Amy

Temporary teaching roles available in and around Kingsway

Friday, November 1st, 2013 by educate-supply

Educate Supply are a newly formed, local, independent teaching agency. We are on the look out for local qualified teachers and teaching assistants who are available for ad-hoc work on either a full or part time basis.

Formed by Lydia and Joanne in mid 2013, we are now in a position where many local schools are calling us looking for help with their supply. The bookings we deal with are either in advance or last minute, usually first thing in the morning.

If you are a qualified teacher with recent experience, or a TA again with recent experience and think you would be suited for supply teaching then please get in touch. We are happy to hear from people from all walks of life. You may be free once a week, or only be in the area for a few months but we will still be happy to have a chat and see what possibilities are available to you.

The schools we work with are based locally in Gloucester, they vary in size from larger inner city schools to small village schools.

If you would like to hear more you can get in touch with Lydia on 07710 193208 / Lydia@educatesupply.co.uk or Joanne on 07710 193219/ jo@educatesupply.co.uk

Alternatively, there is more information on our website www.educatesupply.co.uk and you can also follow us on twitter @educatesupply.

Family Lives volunteers get full training in listening and befriending skills with a chance to gain a qualification under the Open College Network. We also offer one to one supervision which aims to track your development and learning, regular group meetings with other volunteers and regular appraisals to ensure that your experience with us is well supported and enjoyable.

Cleaner Wanted – Woodvale

Wednesday, July 20th, 2011 by Clare

I am looking for a cleaner for around 4 hours per week in Woodvale. Rate of pay will be £6.50 per hour and the hours can be worked at times to suit you (within reason)!
I will need bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning including hob/oven from time to time, dusting, hoovering and interior window cleaning. Perhaps a very small amount of ironing. There is only one occupant in the house and I’m clean so it’s not an onerous job. I am just too busy to do it myself and hate a dirty house!
If you’re interested please send me an email to clare@brutonyoung.co.uk to tell me where you are based, the hours that you can do and a little about yourself including any relevant previous experience if applicable.
Many thanks
Clare
