The Venue (RA Meeting)
Hi All
Better late than never! The venue for tomorrow nights meeting will be the Robert Hitchins Offices.
Maps will be placed in the parish notice boards (beside small park and the bus stop), however brief directions are:
Out of the village to the A38 towards J12. Turn left at the roundabout towards the Waterwells Business Park. Left at the next roundabout towards the park and ride and head up to Naas Lane. at the T junction to Naas Lane turn RIGHT and then left and follow the signs to the building where the meeting is.
Apologies for the lack of ideal venue but it is the best we can do. And please don’t let it put you off! Please come!

I am at a loss as to why anyone would be put off attending the meeting due to the venue and also feel there is no need to apologise. I, for one, am grateful to Paul at Robert Hitchens for assisting me in finding a free of charge venue for this meeting, especially as the original publicised venue was never guaranteed in the first place.
I am looking forward to meeting all the residents who attend tomorrow.

You’re right. What I was trying to apologise for was the non-ideal nature in which it has been left to the last minute, rather than the venue itself, and you’re right to pull me up on it.
I too am very grateful for the assistance in getting this organisation off the ground and started!

Hi Folks,
Thanks Bryan for all your help thus far and to you Barry for all the effort you have made ot get things moving.
Thanks also to Paul and Robert Hitchins for helping out with the venue.
I’m looking forward to the meeting and hope we get a good attendance, I see this as a great opportunity for local residents to become proactive…

Mark and I will be there - no problem with venue at all. It’s good of Robert Hitchins to help out. Be good to see you again Clive, and to meet you Barry.
Hopefully pregnancy fatigue will allow me to last past 7.30pm!!

Thanks for putting a much better map than my photograph! A combination of that and of the signage should ensure everybody a flawless arrival for tonight!
