Kingsway Canine Concerns
Thursday, May 1st, 2008Is it me, or is every other dog in Kingsway a Pitbull or similar?
It’s making me very nervous walking around as I haven’t seen one wearing a muzzle which they must wear if in public - and be on a lead.
I’m probably in a foul mood about it as one just lunged at me, and the owner had to more than restrain it. Luckily it was on a lead, but no muzzle!
I’m going to start reporting them as it worries me with all the young children around. If my daughter was with me then, she wouldn’t have moved as quickly as I did. Does anyone know who I report them to?
