4. The Writer will supply all images, copy and other material necessary for the creation of the advertisement.

5. The copyright for all purposes in all images, copy and other material which the Publisher or his employees have originated or reworked shall vest in the Publisher. The Publisher is hereby authorised to record, reproduce, publish, distribute and broadcast (or to permit the same) all advertisements (including but not limited to text and images) and to include and make them available in any information service, electronic or otherwise.

6. The Publisher may, without derogation from the warranties contained in condition 3, and without giving any reason or period of notice, decline to publish or amend any images, materials and copy for or relating to an advertisement or series of advertisements so as (i) to comply with the legal or moral obligations placed on the Publisher or the Writer or the Advertiser or (ii) to avoid infringing a third party’s rights, the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes under the general supervision of the Advertising Standards Authority; and (iii) to respond to complaints which it may receive concerning goods or services offered. The Publisher reserves the right to print any previously supplied copy or from any appropriate proofs received from the Writer.

10. The Publisher reserves the exclusive right, exercise-able at any time without notice, to amend, add to, delete from, alter, or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions in such manner as The Publisher, in its sole discretion, shall determine appropriate.

13. Advertisements can include images – subject to (obvious) size constrictions and page load speeds: The Publisher will optimise all images prior to creating the advertisement and will liaise with The Advertiser if it is deemed that the size/number of images is likely to cause page load speed problems to the possible detriment of the performance of the site/advertisement.

14. Choice of font faces and sizes is limited. The Publisher will attempt to comply as closely as possible with the requirements of The Advertiser in this respect, but reserves the right to apply such limitations as he deems necessary.

15. The Publisher will make alterations to an existing advertisement on request of The Advertiser, but reserves the right to limit the frequency and nature of any such alterations.
