There was an invitation to tour the School a few weeks ago (which we received in Phoenix’ bag the day before); sadly neither Angelina nor I could make it.

Then there was the School Naming Ceremony, although the exact date was confusing, so many missed it!

Yesterday we had to collect Phoenix for a hospital appointment and when we returned her to the school, we spoke to Mrs Needham about the visit. We also happened to mention that we had yet to see the inside of the school buildings. so she showed us around.

During the course of our visit, she mentioned that there had been 4 tours!

She didn’t say anything further, so I don’t know what the future plans are, but they are still busy unpacking, so I guess they will want to get that out of the way first.

There are plans for the School to host some local events and such, so I guess there will be plenty of opportunity for local people to see it.

I must say that the building is beautiful, light, airy, spacious and colourful and the gardens – once matured – will be fabulous…

All in all, it’s an awesome facility.
