Anyway we now have light outside our house (too light now, wonder if they can knock it off again)? :lol: Right... Leaming Walk: When are they going to finish that? Cars going up and down and turning 'round on the grass is making it look unsightly! I was at home Friday afternoon and noticed two Bryant Homes work vans (part of the same group) parked near the new light that's been installed. I managed to speak to them, turned out they were working on a house 'round the corner, however the chap I spoke to was aware that there is an issue with the lights on our road. He advised that he would submit a formal note to say that he had been approached by one of residents and it will go on file. We can only see what happens, maybe some day soon I will come home from work and be able to see in front of the house! Debbie is a new addition to the Gloucester South SCT. (If I remember correctly she was previously based at Hempstead). She has contacted Gloucestershire Highways and spoken to their "new development" contact (and been informed that the issue is not under their jurisdiction because of road adoption etc). Columns? The light is there, it just doesn't work! It seems that a representative had been out and thought that there were not enough streetlights and so has instructed for more to be installed. The situation is now we have more lights in the road and they are still waiting to be connected. Taylor Wimpey advise that we are looking at another month until they are connected and this may still not include the bloody light I have been trying to get fixed for the last 4 months! I really cannot understand the difficulty in this, I phone to get a light fixed, they install new lights, which were really needed... The saga continues!
