Hi Claire,

I just wanted to make sure you did not feel that you and your kind offer had been forgotton. We have had a number of people come forward and therefore we need to work out what to do. I do not want to turn anyone down, and therefore want to work out how to expand the operation to ensure that everyone who wants to get involved, can get involved.

Can you possibly email me on mrbpkirby@hotmail.com with your details so I can get in touch with you directly.

Cheers,
Barry

Baz,

Thank you for your time on Friday night.

I found the evening very informative and interesting and raised my burning questions (I was the lady in the bright pink coat)! At the end of the meeting I promised to consider joining the RA and if that position is still available I would like to accept.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss if you wish.

Regards
Claire

Hi Border,
Thank you and I think your right, the community spirit last night was almost palpable. Everybody I spoke to was very keen and thought the new format of meeting worked. However I think next time we need to have the building open for longer as many people want to keep chatting, which was great.

Daisily,
Yes there will be minutes from the public meetings uploaded to the website, however they will take a week or so.
We are also going to ensure publication of progress and news in the Quedgeley News and Citizen so you should get much better access to information.
