Found out there was another accident today on our A38 junction which reminded me about the Access issue which I know you have raised. Am I right in thinking emergency services would use the constructors route into the Village should this entrance be blocked due to an accident? It also occurred to me that given we are part of a larger construction site, and that this sector has quite a poor safety record relative to other sectors, access should addressed on an urgent basis.
