Hi Louise,

No need to apologise, I know how frustrating it can be :(

I must say we were comparitively lucky with garden space... not that it's huge but it's well above average for the area. When I lived in Quedgeley I had a garden which was smaller than my lounge!

I'm not sure who you should contact about the mud but you could start with Trevor Cribb: info@kingsway-village.co.uk He's the Marketing Consultant engaged by QUVL and is a very helpful guy.

Hi Clive
Sorry to be a moan, that's all I do at the moment! Do you know who I can get in contact with regarding a complaint about the mud in the little park? I'm absolutley fuming with the mess in there!
My kids are very active, not ones to just sit in all day and their clothes, my carpet and their shoes are ruined... and I'M NOT HAPPY!
I cannot keep them in my garden as it's the size of a shoe box, and I feel I should be able to get this cleaned up. I would be very grateful if you can help.
On a good note, I just wanted to add that I did a little baby sighning with my 3 year old and it's fantastic, so for anyone thinking about it - Go for it.

I made a logo for the site today.

I didn't want to write a post about it - in fact I didn't intend to write about it at all - but I thought people might wonder about it ("It's a logo, not a price tag" - lol) so I thought I'd explain it's origins.

I mentioned above that Angelina runs baby sign language classes.
The signs used are based (very closely) on British sign language.
The logo is derived from the sign for Kingsway Villagers! Here's how:

King: Using an open hand (fingers splayed and palm down) you move it down on the top of your head (like a crown).

Way: Starting with your hand tucked against your stomach (palm upwards), move it away from you (like a road going into the distance).

Villagers: With open hand (palm down and fingers splayed to represent people) held in front of you and "pat" down.

If you combine all 3 parts your hand will trace the shape used in the logo.

Kinda neat huh... and worth every penny :D
